Juno Reactor

Ben Watkins aka Juno Reactor is a pioneer of the electronic trance scene, originating from the Goa underground music scene in Europe and India circa 1990, and is constantly morphing and exploring new areas in music and visuals. The musical journey of Juno Reactor is wide and varied: Ranging from pure electronics (Mortal Kombat) to orchestral scores (Brave Story) and the powerful orchestral-electronic hybrid of The Matrix blockbusters. Juno Reactor has worked with some of the world’s finest musicians: Collaborating and touring with South Africa’s traditional tribal percussion group Amampondo; Steve Stevens of Billy Idol; Budgie from Siouxsie and the Banshees; producing for the Zulu band Skeleton and many others.

"One of the most interesting, diverse, eclectic and eye-popping live shows happening right now in electronic music..." (DJ Mag)

As well as releasing a string of influential albums as Juno Reactor, Watkins' tracks have been placed in numerous high-profile feature films, TV shows, and video games. Ben Watkins has also composed large sections of the original score for the films "The Matrix Reloaded" and "The Matrix Revolutions", as well as composing the entire score for Japanese anime feature film "Brave Story".
